Keep commercial performance on course when reality challenges the plan.
Turn commercial strategy into a working management rhythm — connecting performance, priorities and decisions so teams can respond to everyday challenges without losing sight of the bigger objectives.
Are we delivering the commercial plan, where are we deviating, why, and what are we doing about it?
Turn planning from a process on paper into the way the business operates.
Build practical sales and stock planning cycles, ownership and decision routines that teams actually use — creating a planning-oriented organization across commercial, supply and finance.
Do sales, stock and purchasing decisions operate from one realistic view of demand?
Design around the organization you actually have — not a template.
Shape structures and ways of working around your strategy, talent and team dynamics. Go beyond boxes, roles and RACIs to understand how people interact, where decisions really happen and what will work in practice.
How should this organization actually work together to deliver its strategy?
Turn commercial opportunities into coordinated sales action.
Bring channels, customers, pricing and commercial priorities together into a coherent sales approach — and create the focus, cadence and ownership needed to push performance.
Where is the sales opportunity, which levers can we pull, and how do we mobilize the organization behind it?
Work with the organization, not around it. Create ownership, capability and the conditions required for change to stick.
Step outside established ways of thinking, identify what actually matters and redefine the question when necessary.
Reduce complexity without losing substance. Make decisions understandable, actionable and measurable.

Strategy background. Operator mindset.
I'm Tuğçe, the founder of ERS Advisory.
I've spent more than a decade working across management consulting, retail and consumer businesses, combining the structured thinking of a strategy consultant with the practical experience of leading teams, managing commercial performance and making difficult decisions in real business environments.
My career has taken me from Kearney to commercial leadership roles at MediaMarkt, working across international markets and complex organizations. Along the way, I've worked on commercial transformations, sales and stock planning, organizational design, supplier strategies and performance improvement.
What I've learned is that having the right strategy is only half the challenge. Making it work is where things get interesting.
I've seen how easily good plans can get lost between organizational structures, competing priorities, everyday commercial pressures and the realities of working with people. And I've learned that the most effective solutions aren't necessarily the most sophisticated ones — they're the ones that make sense for the business and the people who need to deliver them.
That's why I founded ERS Advisory.
I enjoy getting to the heart of a problem, challenging established ways of thinking and bringing clarity to complexity. I believe in working closely with teams, building on the capabilities already there and creating solutions that continue to work long after the project ends.
